A worn clutch, a tired relay, or a tripped pressure cut-out switch all read the same way from the driver’s seat. That cut-out switch is there on purpose, since it drops the clutch when pressure climbs too high or falls too low. The Condenser Sits Low And Forward, Where Debris Hits

The condenser on the RX 350 lives low and forward, ahead of the radiator and just inside the grille opening. That spot up front is the documented soft target. If the charge is down, the method is to add UV dye, run the system, and walk a UV light along the condenser face and the lines hunting for the glow. Why A Recharge Alone Won’t Hold

A recharge can have the vents blowing cold again by that same afternoon, which is exactly what makes it both tempting and risky.
